Individualized Care

Diet & Oral Health

What children eat and drink — and how often — can have an important impact on their oral health. Rather than focusing on a list of “good” and “bad” foods, we look at your child’s overall eating and drinking patterns.

Frequent exposure to sugary or starchy foods and drinks can increase cavity risk, while balanced meals, water, and limiting frequent snacking can help protect teeth.

At Little Roots, our goal is practical guidance. We’ll work with your family to identify realistic changes that support both your child’s oral health and overall well-being.

This page describes clinical care in general terms and is written for parents. It is not advice about your individual child.
