After-Hours Dental Concerns

Dental concerns do not always happen during office hours. If your child develops significant tooth pain, swelling, dental trauma, or another urgent concern when Little Roots is closed, our after-hours guidance will help you determine the appropriate next step.

Some concerns can safely wait until the office reopens, while others need more immediate dental or medical attention. We’ll provide guidance based on your child’s symptoms and the situation.

For a serious or life-threatening emergency, including difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or significant facial trauma, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

This page describes clinical care in general terms and is written for parents. It is not advice about your individual child.
